Recognising a massive need to amplify queer voices in literature (and a love/ obsession for books!) myself and two friends - Ellis and Jenn set up Cipher Press: an independent publisher of queer fiction and non-fiction books.
We've received massive support since launching: Signing amazing authors like Jess Arndt and Sara Jeffe, selling out of our first chapter book in 48 hours, and receiving rave reviews from the likes of The Guardian and The Observer.
For each book I create social media templates and merchandise.
Cipher Shorts is a series of chapbooks intended to showcase contemporary queer writing from the UK and beyond. Cipher Shorts #1 was a direct response to the coronavirus lockdown measures put in place across the globe. Any profits made from the sale were donated to The Outside Project.
